To keep up with the growing demand for Datacenter services, Dirk Vanermen, Aernout De Beurme and Marc Timmermans joined forces and created the company Run DC run.

Currently, our team consists of 12 employees, ranging from DC experts and Facility Managers to Technical Engineers.

We are the missing link between your installed hardware and the necessary infrastructure to cool, power, protect, monitor and connect the Datacenter.

Beside subcontracted maintenance contracts, there is a clear need for controlling those external parties, certifying the DC, urgent manual switching, PUE optimization, specific cabling, automation , training staff and guards, legal obligations as Black building day, proper and authorized customer interventions etc …

Run DC Run can offer 24/7 on duty services and guaranteed onsite guard presence. Second line on duty profiles can be onsite within 1 hour. Critical interventions are always done with the 4-eyes principle. Via an intensive training program all Datacenter engineers are properly trained and experienced experts.

Run DC run maintains an open kitchen policy towards all their customers. Incidents are reported transparent and on a regular basis, meetings are organized to keep the customer on level of the latest changes, incidents and utilization on their Datacenter floor. The clients have a service catalog to their disposal and a web portal by witch access can be requested by designated key-users. Reporting is done through Power BI.

Run DC Run manages the maintenance contracts on the basis of an SLA for corrective maintenance and warns DC customers or DC stakeholders of the contractual flaws or non-compliance. Yearly a preventive maintenance plan is established and communicated, as well as a business continuity exercise.
