Run DC Run can offer 24/7 on duty services and guaranteed onsite guard presence. Second line on duty profiles can be onsite within 1 hour. Critical interventions are always done with the 4-eyes principle. Via an intensive training program all Datacenter engineers are properly trained and experienced experts.

Incidents are reported transparent and on a regular basis, meetings are organized to keep the customer on level of the latest changes, incidents and utilization on their Datacenter floor. The clients have a service catalog to their disposal and a web portal by witch access can be requested by designated key-users.

Run DC Run manages the maintenance contracts on the basis of an SLA for corrective maintenance and warns DC customers or DC stakeholders of the contractual flaws or non-compliance. Yearly a preventive maintenance plan is established and communicated, as well as a business continuity exercise.
